My Approach

I have spent 15 years in the corporate world, being part of teams to leading teams, from building capability programmes to delivering them. At the end of the day what I enjoyed the most was that genuine human interaction and seeing people grow and develop to be the best they can be.

My approach will be tailored to your needs, by understanding where you are and where you want to go, we will create a bespoke plan so you can be at your best. I have integrated an array of tools and techniques into my coaching practice to ensure the learning environment is rich, creative and a safe space to grow. I am a firm believer that performance and wellbeing are two sides of the same coin - a symbiotic relationship, hence where appropriate I will introduce positive psychology intervention to enhance your wellbeing and a mental skills framework so you can perform at your best.
